Rechapados Ferrer was founded at the end of the fifties in La Garriga, a village situated 35 km north from Barcelona.

The company was created by Joan Ferrer and his wife Teresa Mercader, the present manager parents, Joan Ferrer.

At the begining, the factory's main activity was the manufacturing of wood veneered pieces, but in the middle of the sixties this activity was enlarged with chessboards manufacturing. Nowadays, Rechapados Ferrer serves lots of furniture, carpentry and decoration factories. Our strict quality control system, the skilled people, the experience and the delivery punctuality, have given us the customers trust.
